I love the Christmas season.  All of it.  My biggest problem is my energy level always seems lower during the colder climates and shorter days.

I don't think I get depressed, but the lack of sunlight really does bug me.  I'm having a terrible time with the recent time change and I hate it.

Me too!  I can't seem to make the adjustment this year.  I'm pining for bed at 8:30, like some little old lady.   :lmao:  I'm also not getting acclimated to the cold as easy.

Dori, many people get very depressed at this time of year, especially around the holidays. Knowing I have at least 5 months of cold and dreary is depressing in itself
