6. Always good seeing a Republican lose. What's the blanket statement based on, Will?

12. Few things
 1. Dems outnumber Repubs 3-1 in MA.

2. Brown's best hope was low turnout. Thanks to all the national attention, they're expecting turnout to be at or around 70%. That's absurdly high for an off-year election.

5. Why do you say that?
Is that just a hunch? Most of recent polls show her falling further behind.

27. If it's a clean election, she will.   Which means, unfortunately, that 'Health Care Reform' will most likely pass.

The Republicans have certainly burrowed deep into Mass. state gov. I mean they are just creeping all over the place with that 1:3 ratio number courtesy of Pittstain in this very thread.

You see, I don't care you how feel.  I really don't.  More importantly, neither does anyone else.  Only about 200 people on a planet of 7 billion actually care about your feelings, and that's if you're lucky.  The sooner you grasp this lesson, the better off you will be.  And since almost no one gives a damn what you do, say, think, or feel, appealing to your feelings when you encounter differences of opinion is not only illogical, but useless.

He's got some ego issues. Being a DU celebrity has gone to his head a tad, but it happens. Human nature and all.

Anyway, I'm just jealous I'm not on the "automatic K&R" list.  :rotf:

Hmmm. Seems like a few more than Mr. Pittiful have some issues. Something must be going to their heads...apparently not oxygen.

Poll question: The real lesson from tonight's loss is

Poll result (159 votes)
Democrats need to move to the right   (5 votes, 3%)   Vote
Democrats need to move to the left   (109 votes, 69%)   Vote
Democrats should stick to the center   (3 votes, 2%)   Vote
No lesson, just a bad campaign   (24 votes, 15%)   Vote
Something else...   (18 votes, 11%)   Vote

Also, these folks have just christened themselves as...Dean Baggers.

54. if DU is any indication, that statement is unnervingly close to the truth

I don't think this will be the last time I'll be seeing DUers campaigning against Democrats. Nor will it be the last time those same DUers blame the "party leadership" for the loss.

ironic that it seems the one thing this place can't weather is Democrats actually being in charge.

Yesterday, I put up a post predicting a Coakley win. "Bank it" were the words I used specifically.

I apologize to anyone whose hopes I got up.

This.

Sucks.
