I am addicted....to chocolate oatmeal no-bake cookies
I have made them every week for over a month.
The rest of my family is really tired of them and hubby can't eat them because he is allergic to oats.
For some reason, I can't get enough of them.
I have lost almost 40 lbs in the last 18 weeks so I am not worried that I will gain weight.
They are JUST SO GOOD

7. My infusions for Crohn's have stopped being effective
and we are in the process of changing meds
it isn't a good thing, I am down to 105 lbs
Now, I sort of doubt this.
franksolich is down to 167 pounds, and barely has the strength to post on conservativecave.
If Pamela's really down to 105 pounds, she'd be too weak to get out of bed and post on Skins's island.
Bah, humbug.

She's probably five feet tall.

I'm having a hard time believing this simply due to the math. Based on the contents of most of her DU body of work she has about a 100lb reserved of manure (aka BS) that she constantly spews. If the weight of the manure is separated from her claimed weight it would leave an actual weight of 5lbs. Her desire to impress the DUmmies weighs more than 5lbs.

The "rest of my family" is just the bald wifebeater.
They tossed out the imaginary drunk who lived in the basement.
Holli escaped on her 18th birthday.
The imaginary nephew has a new job and left.
It's just Pam, Mark, and Spooky's cat ghost.

Well, I'm down only seven pounds, and it's just the influenza, nothing like this chrome thing Pamela has, or alleges herself to have, and really, if she were down to that, she wouldn't be hanging around Skins's island.
Based upon her self-posted photographs, I suspect she's a few inches taller than five feet, maybe 5'5".
-
She has no problem eating whatever she stuffs in her mouth though.
-
Wanna drop 40 pounds of ugly fat?
Cut your ******* head off.

Curious as to what diet a person with Crones disease eats ????
Frank you at your height are in the range of athletes that stay slim and trim. I take it you are around 6'2". Even if at 6'4' you had this weight and most of your weight came from mussel, better to have your body then someone at 6' tall to weigh 250 pounds.
Sorry you have the Flu, we in the East are watching with dread as it comes our way.

1 of the worst foods to eat if you have crohn's disease:
Coffee, chocolate, and carbonated beverages

http://dessert.food.com/recipe/no-bake-chocolate-oatmeal-cookies-23821
No-Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter (or chunky but is seems to make a more crumbly dry cookie)
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 -3 1/2 cups dry quick-cooking oats
Directions:
1 Add the first four ingredients into a 4-quart sauce pan.
2 Bring to a rolling boil and hold for 1 minute.
3 Remove from heat.
4 Add peanut butter into the hot mixture and stir until melted.
5 Add in vanilla. (almond extract is good also, but I only use 1/2 teaspoon almond and 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla).
6 Mix in the oats and drop by tablespoons onto wax paper.
7 Let cool until set.
8 *Please remember that even if you do follow the recipe exactly, it doesn't always turn out just right. I have had these not set up for me AND be hard and dry. But most of the time, the recipe is just right. I have also found that it makes a difference if you use quick cooking oats or old fashioned. In my experience it takes more old fashioned oats than quick cooking and I like the texture of the quick cooking better. When you make it a few hundred times like I have you learn a couple of things:) Also, Chunky peanut butter tends to make them more dry and crumbly.

Apparently, it's the "chocolate no-bake cookies" diet.
