Every morning since 11/9/16 I wake up with the hope

that he's gone. In some way. It's a pre-awake hopeful moment. Expectant. Sleepy. But hopeful, full of promise.

I still wait.

Some day that morning will come. That wish fulfilled. That hope satisfied.

It goes like this: my husband, who reliably awakens before me, comes into our bedroom, shakes me awake, looks into my eyes and says, "it's over. He's gone. They've taken him into custody. It was the tape / collusion / theft..."

I'll unwind the panic and desperation of election night, and finally let go my breath.

7. Every time I turn the TV on I hope to see that he is GONE

and I seriously do not care how he is gone just as long as it is happens ASAP!!!!! Actually, I honestly thought that someone would have done something out of plain old desperation because they had had enough of this shit show by now.

8. justice by mushroom?

after which a photograph of something growing

The main toxins in these fungi are trichothecene mycotoxins which have particularly unpleasant effects and may cause death within a matter of days. The symptoms are system wide and can affect all organs, primarily liver, kidneys and brain. There is also a depletion of blood cells, peeling of skin off the face and hair loss making it look like the victim is suffering from radiation poisoning (or leukemia).

This is much, much better! I wonder if the W House chef has been checked out by security yet. I hope not! I'd send him a mushroom souffle recipe to try out bit the moron doesn't eat veggies.

Mushrooms aren't a vegetable moron. They are fungi.

Pigman might be in need of a visit from the Secret Service for that.

Mushrooms aren't a vegetable moron. They are fungi.

Yeah. He proved HIMSELF to be the moron by saying that!

Every morning I wake up hoping there will be at least one more person who gets off social programs and into a productive job. And then I see stuff like this and realize DU-folk are the hard core of resistance obstructing that dream. But at least Trump's policies have revved up the economy so that discouraged workers and workers in economically depressed areas are getting into jobs.

No big deal; I know that when you post just a link, it's because you're on your telephone and can't.

It's not like you don't want to; you just can't.

Dearest cilla4progress, Bigman Pigman, and all liberals,

It is profoundly sad that your entire pathetic existence revolves around one Presidential election.

Seek help,

Uncle Ralphie

President Pence will grant your wish Jan 20, 2024.  That is only 1,656 days (or 39, 744 hours or 2,384,640 minutes)

Something DUmmies can learn.

Holding a grudge can make you ill - here's how to let go
https://www.telegraph.co.uk/health-fitness/mind/holding-grudge-can-make-let-go/

Quote
Most of us have harboured feelings of resentment after being hurt or deceived. It seems justifiable to do so, particularly when the pain was unexpected and feels utterly undeserved.

A close look at grudge-holding shows, however, that the only person who suffers is the one who holds the grudge. As Angela Buttimer, a psychotherapist in Georgia, put it, ‘When we hold onto grudges and resentment, it’s like drinking poison and expecting the other person to get sick.”

Me too!!!

Also it has come true. The economy is great, ten million people are off the government teat, other nations respect us again, new trade deals, jobs, jobs, jobs are coming back and being created.  It is beautiful.

And to think Shit Midas, Obama, is all responsible for all of this.... by leaving the office of president.
