It alerts playgroup leaders that even babies can not be ignored in the drive to root out prejudice as they can "recognise different people in their lives".

The 366-page guide for staff in charge of pre-school children, called Young Children and Racial Justice, warns: "Racist incidents among children in early years settings tend to be around name-calling, casual thoughtless comments and peer group relationships."

It advises nursery teachers to be on the alert for childish abuse such as: "blackie", "Pakis", "those people" or "they smell".

The guide goes on to warn that children might also "react negatively to a culinary tradition other than their own by saying 'yuk'".

Staff are told: "No racist incident should be ignored. When there is a clear racist incident, it is necessary to be specific in condemning the action."

Warning that failing to pick children up on their racist attitudes could instil prejudice, the NCB adds that if children "reveal negative attitudes, the lack of censure may indicate to the child that there is nothing unacceptable about such attitudes".

Nurseries are encouraged to report as many incidents as possible to their local council. The guide added: "Some people think that if a large number of racist incidents are reported, this will reflect badly on the institution. In fact, the opposite is the case."

This phony notion that all "racism" is bad is purposeful intellectual retardation.  It makes as little sense to thinking people as does the ongoing war to make "judgment" evil.  To attempt to eliminate racism and judgmentalism is an attempt to control the veneer of mankind, which is pointless and phony.  It is against human nature, which cannot be changed.

I see and hear about a "race" of people like muslims, who are no more a race of people than Jews are a race of people, and I make judgments about them as a collective, which sometimes includes individuals (as needed).  Is this racism?  Yes, by convoluted definition.  Is it totally without reason or merit?  Absolutely not!

Why do leftist want to control the veneer of society when they know they cannot do one thing to control the heart?  Could one of the reason socialism always fails is because it insists we all project an outward lie and leave our true hearts unexpressed and growing angry?

This started at least 11 years ago, 'New Labour' was simply a disguise for old socialism.  British conservatives have been banging on about it for ages, it is just that few in the US had any reason to look beyond Tony Blair's foreign policy especially the right wing US bloggers who would have picked these stories up.

You know what I hate? Thought crime.

As a former picky eater, there was a lot of stuff that I just didn't like, and seeing my daughter try stuff and not like it is just how things are. Just because a child may not like something may mean that the foods used in making a certain dish don't appeal to the child's palate. It has NOTHING to do with who made it. Stop reading so much into things. It's depressing.

I let my wife talk me into eating Thai food a couple weeks ago.  I got the Steak, Mushrooms, and Brocoli in Suace".  They brought me out the stinkingest food I've ever smelled.  It looked like Steak, Mushrooms, and Brcoli in Sewage.  Tasted about like it too.  The food smelled like a convenience store.
