What strikes me about this is that the president's tax returns probably are pretty complicated
Over the years, I've noticed the primitives have little or no grasp on income taxes or the Internal Revenue Service.
So.....they get all this red meat, the president's income tax returns.
What are they going to do then? How can they possibly interpret them?
One might as well toss the primitives a bowl of spaghetti to figure out.

could a DUmmy display a law that was President Trump is suspected of violating which gives the democrats probable cause for demanding his tax returns? Defeating hillary in 2016 was not a crime.
Put it another way the DUmmies might understand, would they be ok with Law Enforcement knocking on the door of their dwelling and telling the DUmmy they going to search their living space for evidence of any damning evidence without stating probable cause? Do the DUmmies know the 4th amendment protects everyone including the President they despise?

Claiming that the Treasury Chairman has the authority to subpeona any citizen's tax returns (which, by statute, he very well might). The subpeona has been issued, but in a fight between the executive and legislative branch, the judicial will have to weigh in. House Dems will have to show compelling probable cause to overcome an easy 4th Amendment "secure in papers and effects" defense, and they just don't have it. All they have is anger and want a fishing expedition.
