And the idea that ISIS would say, "Hey, thanks guys, we're so happy you gave us our own town, we'll just stay here like good little terrorists, we promise!" What about the people who live in the "territory" their given? They either have to give up their homes & jobs & leave (providing ISIS allows them) or submit to the radical version of Sharia they practice. You want a war on women? This oxygen thief should not be trying to draw attention to himself. As this particular S/H/IT was responsible for one of the largest leaks of information in US history while in the country in question.
