Interesting conversation (?) With one of the base this morning.

As I was getting out of my car in a large parking lot, a man pointed to my bumper sticker and asked what it meant. It simply says "God Forgive America".
I replied that I thought God is as ashamed of the US as I am. And he replied, "But didn't you see Trump telling off that Russian guy in the White House?"
That set me off, "He wasn't Russian. He's Ukrainian. Trump is why God should forgive America for letting him any where near the White House."
His reply, "What's a you-care-ian?"

Naturally, the replies accept as their collective premise that this actually happened. Beyond stupid. Yet every bouncy reveals a deep and abiding insecurity...

That's the funniest part about their stories.  How stupid they make the conservative out to be in the tall tale, and they just gobble it up.

I love the threads they have about their IQ's, and spelling errors (which are rife with misspellings).

 :rotf: If I remember correctly, years back I did one of the Flippy-Doo Show things where I showed them bragging about how smart they are and then showed them coming to their fellow DUmmies for help dealing with a “stupid rethug”. Or maybe it was one that I had planned and never did. Regardless, their arrogance and ego along with their stupidity and their ignorance as to the extent of their stupidity seems to be a constant.

Of course, I guess when you're that stupid you may actually be too stupid to realize that you're stupid.

The best ones are the DUmmies who will brag about having a Masters in English or Journalism and yet are unable to put together a sentence without spelling or grammar errors.  They often are also the same individuals who discuss their lucrative careers stocking shelves in supermarkets and their inability to pay their student loans.
