At what point does "free speech" become "yelling fire in a crowded theater"? At what point does this kind of damaging mis-information become too much for our country to bear?
That has never been used in a case about free speech. It was a toss off comment in Schenck v. United States which was about espionage and overturned in 1969.
But if they want to play the "no Amendment is absolute" game, I say we open up discussions about the 13th, 17th and 19th Amendments.
