Since when is Mexico concerned with organized crime? It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that corruption, graft, and payoffs occur with regularity in that country. It's a part of their culture.

But yeah, I love to see international disfavor levied toward President Corruption himself. If he were awake and cognizant, he might even be aware of the problem - but no. Grandpa Gropey has to return to the basement.

That's how he fixes problems.
