I mentioned this to my brother... turns out he uses it all the time when someone wants Hollandaise and it isn't on the menu.

I guess there really is nothing new under the sun.

Looks good.  I have always made this, traditionally. 
Variation: Substitute Orange juice for the Lemon juice.  California Hollandaise.  Awesome.

I make the lemon one too.  I mostly use it for pouring over asparagus.

I love my hand blender! I use it for cream soups. Beats the heck out of putting them in a blender!

I've never had one.  What about cake mixes, pancakes, salad dressings, smoothies  and such?
