Entering McCain, Biden or Palin into the search engine yields no results. Bush Does however, but since he already <<IS>> the President that does make sense. Obama ? not so much.

I thought the link might lead to Pedro Picasso's site, but nope; it's somebody else.

It's just the sort of art Pedro Picasso would create, but he left something out; the halo.
