I have a pretty heavy week at work coming up so I spent today cooking for next week, so I have stuff I can microwave and I only need to cook rice or something to go with it in the evenings. So 3 meals of dhal curry and 2 of channa masala (I was feeling in an Indian mood
) and sandwich fillings of cheese, mayo and balsamic onion for lunches. So for dinner I had an easy dish of pasta, canned salmon with onion, chilli and toasted pinenuts to use up the remaining piece of onion and the pinenuts before they go out of date.
