1. That sounds fabulous to me!
I love, love, love bleu cheese on a burger.
Now, what's this stupid "bleu" stuff?
We all know "bleu" is French for "blue," and used when describing a certain sort of blue cheese of French derivation.
However, it's "blue" on this side of the waters, and only stupid people who want to appear "sophisicated" use "bleu."
Just like when the sparkling husband primitive tries to appear "continental" by using "sorbet" rather than "sherbet." It's just really stupid.
The primitives of course are just about the last people on the planet who can possibly make any pretensions about being sophisticated.

3. Anything with red meat sounds awful to me
The rest of you can have my share. You can have my share of pork and commercially raised chicken, too.
I have no problem with what's on it, but instead of horseradish m**o it should have been Boar's Head Dijon/m**o/cracked pepper.

5. Not something I'd order either
Since I've cut back on my meat and eating overall I find that when I need to have a Burger I want a "Pure" one. Great chuck cooked medium rare with a slice of "good" Cheddar, fried onions, tomato, leaf lettuce, ketchup and m**o...Right now that's my idea of a "perfect" burger. Too much stuff...mucks it up.
Now I do like a little horseradish mixed in with the M**o for a sliced beef sandwich.
Blue cheese is something I enjoy in a savory cheesecake, on a plate with some apples or pears or in a salad with romaine, pecans, and some fruit. With Beef....Not so much.
Kudos to the imperious primitive for correctly stating "blue" cheese, but alas two points subtracted for the silly use of "m**o".
