What silver-lining remains is that the World is generally sophisticated enough to realize the difference between 'some Republicans' and the rest of the Democrats and Republicans when it comes-to wielding power over here.

They may be sophisticated enough to differentiate Republicans from Dems. But they also realize what a Republican Admin agrees to, the next Dem Admin could take away.
