The worst thing that can happen is that you call the 800 number and wind up in Bangladesh.

It's no wonder I'm so busy at work.  Those people hate calling the helpdesk.

Their Tech Support finally admitted they had an "Emergency Maint" issue. That's all I wanted to know...
