The story is a bit more complex that the video title suggests. The dude wandered into a CC class at a gun range during a break, started rummaging through a student's bag, got detained and taken outside with police called and students around him to prevent him from fleeing. When the police arrived he refused to cooperate, acted like he had a weapon, and an officer tried to take him into custody. He resisted and tried to attack the officer with a screwdriver. Police officer(s) and range staff shot him.
I suspect the dude either has a record of mental problems or a record of drug use, and very possibly both. The dude's cumulative total of dumbassery was pretty amazing.
Why the skin color of the deceased thug-wannabe, range staff, class, and police officers matters eludes me. Has Race-Huckster Benjamin Crump been sighted in Vegas?

Suicide by cop is also a possibility, but that goes hand-in-hand with being a nutcase wacko. It would appear this thug thought rifling through a student's bag would go unnoticed. The article doesn't flat-out state the thug was a student in the class, but sort of intimates it. If not a student, this clown just wandered in and figured he could help himself to a firearm and a box of ammo. Maybe a PB&J sandwich too.
