Easier than that, click the YouTube button and insert the url in it. Sometimes all you need is the part after the "=" sign from the url.

Do you mean link to a utube video - as Link

(url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hJuqPME--EI) Link (/url) replacing Round brackets with square of course.

Or embed a utube video  - as

[youtube=425,350]hJuqPME--EI[/youtube]

Click the "YouTube" button up top there on the toolbar and insert the numerical sequence at end of the youtube URL (in this case hJuqPME--EI) into the dialogue box that pops up.
