This is the lowest it's been since the Democrats first announced they were opening an impeachment inquiry. I DON'T understand how the heck it could be going DOWN since the public hearings started, even among Democrats. My only hope is there is no poll yet that accounts for Sondland's testimony. Anyone have any ideas?

It's no mystery; people either aren't paying attention, or are paying attention and haven't been impressed with the dems' case (or lack thereof).

Furthermore, the central claim the dems are making, that Trump withheld aid solely to produce damaging info on Biden, is absurd. Like, really absurd. In fact, it gets more absurd the more you think about it.

* Some heard witnesses saying there was no quid pro quo demanded or requested by Trump ...

* Some heard witnesses saying that had no contact with Trump, in person or by phone ...

* Some have noticed Schiftyroo's rules designed to hobble and muffle Rs ...

Independents and even some semi-normal Dems are seeing it as a railroad job second only to putting in the golden spike at Promontory Point.  They really jumped the shark when they started calling that LTC Staff Puke Extraordinaire a 'War hero' who couldn't be criticized, that got a very poor reception in the veteran community.
