Whole loins cooked on a PDQ to about 150 degrees

mmmmmm good.

They were served with black eye peas, collards and apple, peach, cherry and blackberry cobbler.

Dammit I can only find the pics of the loins

It was, we had already taken 10 other loins in for the feeding
