I bought frozen strawberries, and mango chunks. Coconut milk,frozen yogurt, protein powder, a half gallon of 1% milk. shredded coconut, and more stuff I can't remember.
I also got riced cauliflower to replace rice in my recipes...we'll see if that works. I heard there was mashed cauliflower to replace potatoes but I have not found it yet.
any good smoothie/milkshake recipes that you can think of?
I'm even thinking of putting raw veggies in to see what I can do with it.
