I got because I'm thinking I don't get enough fruit....but now I'm stymied...what to do?
Sprinkle a teaspoon or 2 of sugar on them and just eat them.
A teaspoon of sugar won't kill you, just don't do it 10 times a day.
My go-to for carbs is apples tho. It's about the best trade-off as far as calories and sugars/carbs go.
