Um, moron, they do that to determine fetal viability and the level of prenatal care necessary to ensure the greatest odds of birth success.

I have met a few Down Syndrome people in my lifetime - they are anything but monsters. They were all universally nice and trusting almost to to the point of excessively so.

Vile creatures again. A baby with Down Syndrome is not a monster and an amnio is standard procedure for mothers over 35 years of age because of the increased risk of fetal abnormalities and other problems related to advanced age. A huge reason for doing this early now is there are several procedures which can be done to help the child(surgery while in the womb) and if anything it is a good preparation if your child does have a genetic abnormality like Down Syndrome. It gives one time to get all the best care lined up when the baby is born and gives doctor's a head start in looking for other things that may need to address like heart issues that can often accompany Down Syndrome.

They see no beauty to life that they can't seem to understand that there are medical procedures they see as being used for choice, that are actually valid options to be used by a family that chooses life who wish to be prepared for whatever God gives them.

Oh yeah, they don't DARE say this crap in public because they'd get their teeth knocked down their throats, if they had any throats left.

I just keep reminding myself that if McCain and Palin had the exact same lives and family circumstances they do now but were libs, the kook left would love everything about them.  And if B. Hussein and bin Biden were conservatives with the same circumstances they have now, they'd hate their guts.  And the thing is if you were to tell them that they'd lie, lie, lie and claim it wasn't so, that they'd be acting the same way.  And everybody here already knows that it's true.
