Well, those are the numbers he'd better be reporting on his campaign finance forms.
There's a problem, though.
Since these are primitives, probably much of it is "promises" or "pledges," not cash actually in the big guy's hands.
He's required to report only the actual cash received.
But if he's claiming that amount to the primitives, cash and pledges, the big guy better report to the bureaucrats in Lincoln what he's reporting to the primitives. If he doesn't, the bureaucrats are going to ask him, "Hey, you've claimed to have raised x amount on Skins's island, but you've alleged only y amount on our forms here.....explain the discrepancy, please....."
I told my fellow Nebraskan to announce to the primitives only the cash received, not any of the promises or pledges.
This is not going to end well.
