Holy **** CBS News! "No one knows what 'due process' will mean?"

Discussing the Supreme Court opinion saying deportations can continue under the Alien Enemies Act, but must provide "due process", the male spokesmodel said to the other male spokesmodel; "so, they must have due process, but there is disagreement about what that might entail". The other male spokesmodel replied; "yes, there is some "confusion" to what that means"

Gee CBS, if only you had some ****ing 250 year old document, and 250 years of ****ing historical precedent to look at to clear up the "confusion".

It's OK though. I am sure Inside Edition is going to do a story about Kim Kardashians struggle with butt implants, or the Golden Shower Bachelor is giving out a rose tonight.

Problem is that the Constitution is not super clear on whether due process applies equally to ILLEGAL ALIENS.

The fact that the DUmmies are dead certain that due process applies to people who snuck over the border four months ago to rape schoolchildren implies that they think the US is essentially a bus station for the entire world. Anyone can show up, anytime, ticket or not, use the bathroom, loiter, harass, stink, steal, and annoy, and nothing should happen to them.

Yet, sneak across the Mexico border, and they don't even deport you...they toss your ass in PRISON until your family scrapes together enough bribe money to get you out. Canada is a little more up front about it, but they will kick your ass out, too.

I do not know what it is about the US that makes liberals think we are the world's free clinic and Greyhound station.

I do.  It's because most of them are not PAYING FOR IT!  They get back more than they paid in so they don't feel the pain.  They won't feel the pain until they have some skin in the game.

I still maintain that if you can't show proof of paying at least $1 of federal taxes, you should not be allowed to vote.  Do you know how many of those on public assistance would gladly give up their right to vote just to keep the freebies they get?  I'll bet at the very least 80% of them would rather not vote than lose the 10's of thousands in 'free' stuff they get off the backs of the rest of us.

There is a reasonable counter-question: How do you know if they are actually illegal?

It's a perfectly fair question to ask, but there's also a very reasonable response: They have to show their happy ass up in court - immigration court or a habeas petition - to plead why they are entitled to stay.

Suffice it to say, the sort of people being deported are habituated to avoiding all contact with legal and law enforcement authorities. They know they can either be deported or go to prison for the hard crimes they have committed. It's better to take the ride than get locked inside. That's what makes this whole thing a non-troversy

     Has anyone showed them the Pelosi and Schumer videos on tariffs yet? Wonder what they'd say to that. To your point, that is ancient and irrelevant history, but what IS relevant is that Christians killed Muslims in the Crusades, so of course they've got beef with us now.
