I doubt that Sarah's gotten new ones....I'm sure if she had, someone would have taken pics during surgery with their iPhone and shopped them to the tabloids.  ::)

I don't understand the hate-fascination some people have towards Sarah Palin. Whether one likes her or not (I do!), don't they have more important things in their lives to worry about? If they don't ...I'll be happy to give them some off of my plate.....

Who cares anyway, and whose business is it?  This procedure is waaaay more common than you think.  After 5 kids, maybe she wanted a little work done.  Why not stay hot for as long as you can get away with it?

Well if she did, I would have to applaud her for being fiscally responsible.  I "believe" that there is a tax being applied to breast enhancements due to the HCR.  I heard about it being skuttled about but don't know if it went through.

First off, Todd Palin said no, they're still real.  I tend to agree.

Next, if someone HAD done the iPhone bit, a certain plastic surgeon would be losing his medical license.

About 10 years ago my stepson had a video he got off the net of a woman doing that. She spread her legs, sort of leaned back a little and OH MY GOODNESS she let it fly.....reminded me of when I was 14.
