At a Monday hearing, Abu Ghaith’s public defense attorneys argued that the trial be delayed until January 2014 because of federal budget cuts and mandatory furloughs.

What the hell do federal budget cuts and mandatory furloughs have to do with the DEFENSE in this trial?

Nothing, but Obummer is trying to use it for leverage. However, I don't really see John Q Public getting upset about any of this........

He's using EVERYTHING IMAGINABLE for leverage, except his parties, the use of AF1 for campaigning, and vacations.
