I had a cyst on my eyeball (not my eyelid) so when I had my cataract surgery my doctor "lanced" it when he gave me the steroid shot in my eye. It came back. You probably wouldn't notice it unless I pointed it out as it looks like a clear bubble in the outside corner of my right eye.

It started to really bother me so I went in today (as in it started to get kind of painful). I'm so vain that I didn't want to go in today because you can still see the bruise on my upper cheek. I didn't want to spend the whole weekend with my eye hurting so I  made excuses for the bruise on my cheek, you can see it in the picture below. It is a TON lighter than it was before I used the Apple Cider Vinager (see my post about it in the Spa if you are interested). It shows up more in the pictures than it does in person 

Anyway, there were FOUR cysts on my friggen eyeball!

 F O U R of the suckers. He also put punctual plugs in both eyes. I get dry eye and they really helped when I had them before. I you happen to have dry eye I highly recommend trying them. It doesn't hurt when the doctor puts them in.





Blech, gross.  I can't believe I'm showing you guys this picture.  :(

The doctor said it's a blocked something or other. (I can't remember the name). It's what produces your tears, it's between the clear outer part of your eye and the white part. Fluid builds up and that is what were in the cysts. He said it could also be because of all the steroids I have continuously been putting in it for the last 6 months or so.  It sound backwards because steroids is an anti inflamatory but too much can be very irritating to the eye.  Thy can go away on their own but mine was starting to bother me. Every time I blinked I could feel my lower lid go over it. It also felt like I had sand in my eye all the time.  

The numbing drops have worn off and now my eyeball aches so bad. I just want to stop having issues with my eyes. :(

On a positive note, my vision was 20/20 out of that eye today. It improved since my last visit.

I can barely see it in the pictures, BEG.  It probably isn't as bad as you think.  And I agree, your hair is gorgeous!  I need some pretty highlights like yours.  :)

It's bad now, my eye must still be bleeding because the whole white area of my eyeball is blood red. I look like a monster. My husband even said, "whoa! Your eye looks worse than when I got home". It also hurts.

Feel sorry for me...  :bawl:

For those of you waiting on your seat wondering about my eyeball, it's getting much better. Yesterday I noticed it was starting to turn yellow which is from the blood starting to be absorbed. The day before it looked like my eye was literally bleeding still.  Today it just looks like I have allergy eyes, in one eyeball.

My neighbor came over the other day and asked if I wanted to play bunco Thursday night, I said no because of my eyeball. Now I'm thinking I may reconsider.

LOL if I were hiding something I sure as shit wouldn't post my picture online.  :whatever:

My eye was blood red, it hadn't gotten totally blood red at the time of the photo. I took it right after I got home from the doctor. The next day it got more red and by the following day the whole white of my eye looked like it was bleeding. It's gone now.
