Now, normally Mr Flame does not consider soup a meal, but I made a beef vegetable soup that he actually liked, so I'm hoping to find some more! Something hearty, preferred.
Here's the veggie soup recipe (well, sorta recipe, I didn't measure anything)
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, diced
32 oz beef broth
2 bags frozen mixed veggies
1 16oz can diced tomatos, with the juices
about 2-3 handfuls of barley
brown the beef and onion together, add the rest of the ingedients, and salt and pepper to taste, (you may need to add a tad bit of water, depending on how thick you want the soup) and simmer til dinner time
You can add whatever veggies you want, really, but I went with what was kid and hubby friendly :-)

Does Mr Flame like pulses/beans?

Does Mr Flame like pulses/beans?
he does...I'm not wild about them, but I'll try anything once.
