True, but would China want to damage their best market in the world?  They are gaining quickly enough economically with out resorting to a terrorist attack.

They don't look at us as a competitor or even as an equal.  We are standing in their way of attaining their rightful place as the one and only world power. They truly believe that. They are older than the US and they are constant to wait us out. And if smuggling illegal weapons and whatnot into this country helps speed things along then so be it.

It's a means to an end.
