Title: Easy bread

Irish Soda Bread.  No yeast or sourdough starter.  Besides a propane or electric oven and a power source, all you need is: flour, baking soda and powdered buttermilk.

It's has a real good texture and crust, either with all purpose or all purpose whole wheat mix.  Add raisins and cinnamon if you like.
