Not that it much matters, but I have the very real sense that these murdering punks really do not understand the word "murder" and what it means.

The DA in that town said one of the punks was actually dancing around when he was booked for the murder and other crimes.

This turd is going to find out real quick what murder means. The boys in the joint will 'splain it to him in a language that even he can understand.

Why on earth would the police deny that was happening?  The people need a city council meeting and raise the roof.

We had a serious gang issue moving in near my area and the police and mayors set up a task force and had curfews.  It didn't take them long to rid the city of that element.
