I understand he hangs out in a yacht offshore owned by a Chinese billionaire. That sounds like flight risk to me.

I think Bannon is prepared for whatever form Miss Nancy's ire takes. What happens to her little Kangaroo Kourt 3.0 if most/all of the Trump Administration people they subpoena fight back? Miss Nancy needs quick and concise opaque proceedings. Push-back will drag out the process, complicate it, and very likely expose the proceeding as yet another witless & witchless Hate-Trump political witch hunt (Mueller ... Shamvestigation & Shampeachment 1.0 ... Shamvestigation & Shampeachment 2.0).
