Frank doesn't have to "leap tall buildings in a single bound."  The buildings bow before Frank.

Paul Bunyan and Pecos Bill have posters of Frank on THEIR bedroom's walls.

Frank was once "turned to steel, in a great magnetic field, when he traveled time, for the future of mankind".

Frank carved Mt. Rushmore himself with his bare hands.

He also built the Great Wall of China.

Frank is everywhere, DUmmies, and yet, he is nowhere.
