I agree that this is Dear Leader throwing a hissy fit. He's too immature to do anything but that.
However what he did isn't a lot, even in the short term. The "excusing from the country" some diplomats is not a big deal to a country as large as Russia as they can easily find replacements. We've been alive and read/hear about other countries doing that to us and we doing it back (and vice versa) for years and years.
It really is all about keeping the moonbats all stirred up, which is stupid because they stay that way regardless of little gestures like this.
Dear Leader, as with Dems before him, has politicized the CIA and the FBI (though it seems to a lesser degree) and made them into tools for policy rather than a tool for intelligence gathering, etc... Dems do the same thing to the Congressional Budget Office. Having these agencies report what's politically advantageous for one's own administration rather than the impartial truth is a dangerous game. But libs don't care, as long as it helps them, that's all that matters.
