It is a criminal act to use the USPS to influence or suppress the electoral process.

Donald Trump and the new Postmaster General are in the process of committing a crime. What they are attempting to do with the mail-in ballots is illegal.

A judge should have to rule on the matter. Congress should legislate.

This is so obviously a criminal act.

2. Look like Congress

will have their hands full. They need to impeach Barr, the Post Office criminal DHS and ect... Adam Shiff needs to do the hearings with the aids they had the last time to get to the bottom of this.

4. Can you cite the statue or law to such?

I would be curious to know what laws are being violated so that I can pass it along to my Congressman.

10. Just because it is committed thru the Postal System would not excuse the crime?

That would not make it OK.

No, **** head. Where did what you claim Trump has done violate this statute? BTW- there is no 'plan' to slow the mail down...

8. a prosecutor would have a tough time clearly tying it to an election.

if there's a paper trail talking linking the two, obviously that would be very helpful for the prosecution.

if they started doing it right before the election, the timing might also be compelling.

but with the election still months away, it's hard to prove they're linked beyond a reasonable doubt, even if outside a criminal courtroom we can feel fairly confident of their motives.

11. Since they are doing it right now, it might be hard to prove it is to impact the next election...

...this far from election day, that is true.

But, that is their goal.

What, exactly, are you claiming they are doing?

Slow the mail? How does that affect the election? Do you have any proof?

Covid is suppose to be worse this fall.

What he is doing is killing people, helping people kill themselves.

How about going to 'peaceful protests? Does that help people kill themselves? Can I arrest Pelosi and crew for murder now?

True, though it was  ing to see someone talk kt off his fauxraged high horse into a place less distant from reality. Good thing Sherman A1 is a "Star Member", as (s)he risked getting a granite pizza doing that.
If, as anti-Covid-vaxxers claim, https://www.poynter.org/fact-checking/2021/robert-f-kennedy-jr-said-the-covid-19-vaccine-is-the-deadliest-vaccine-ever-made-thats-not-true/ , https://gospelnewsnetwork.org/2021/11/23/covid-shots-are-the-deadliest-vaccines-in-medical-history/ , The Vaccine is deadly, where in the US have Pfizer and Moderna hidden the millions of bodies of those who died of "vaccine injury"? Is reality a Big Pharma Shill?

Millions now living should have died. Anti-Covid-Vaxxer ghouls hardest hit.
