Sweet sassy molassey. An exit interview? Um, no. The purpose of an exit interview is to inform employees of their COBRA rights and any other reminders about noncompetes, nondisclosures, etc. An hourly employee would probably not fit into this category, and even if she did, the "HR" person couldn't/shouldn't give a country f*** WHY the moron is leaving. An exit interview is not something you prepare for, DUmmies. It isn't your golden opportunity to tell the company what you think of it. It's simply a slightly ceremonial way for you to be informed of your rights, if you have any, and to be done with you.
