Watching that press conference was pretty depressing.  I realize that they need to investigate fully before charging, but the cops seemed inclined to excuse the whole thing as just a bunch of kids goofing off.  The cop implied that even though the scum are all adults over 18, they are just too stupid to be expected to know right from wrong.
