The Most CONSERVATIVE Argument In My Lifetime Has Been...

"Well... if you're not doing anything wrong, why would you care what the government does with your privacy?"

NOT THE ****ING POINT !!!

And it is amazing, that at this time, in this place...

We get these arguments here...

The nation, and many in the Democratic Party, have moved so far right that...

The Bill of Rights, and the Constitution, are now Leftist Manifestos.

OTOH... In a way, they always were.

That's why I still try to defend and protect them in my own little way.

Is Willy serious?  I mean really?

I wish the DUmmies would make up there mind.

Which of us, or any conservative, have ever said that The Bill of Rights or Constitution are Leftist Manifestos?

Where do they come up with this shit?

Along with this post I see them complaining about the media being against them.  Are you serious?  If they are against you, who are they for?

Yes we are the ones controlling vocabulary...  See: Gay.

Which side is it that passes "thought crime" (hate crime) legislation?

I could go on, but WillyT is half-right.  The Republicans and Democrats take turns trampling all over the constitution.  It's a big part of why we're in the financial mess we're in.

They've been confusing themselves for so long that anything remotely progressive sounding, jumbled together, makes sense to them.  And they wonder why they have a hard time holding employment in the Retail Vehicular Food Service Industry?  I mean, Whopper doesn't sound anything like Big Mac.  C'mon (D)Ummies.....

Liberal thinking is a two-legged stool and magical thinking is one of the legs, the other is a combination of self-loating and misanthropy.  To understand it, you would have to be able to sit on that stool while juggling two elephants, an anvil and a fragmentation grenade, sans pin.

Can somebody explain how "improvised explosive device" is the right controlling the debate by use of language?

I agree that it's not the most elegant of language, but what else should one call a device which is made in an improvised manner in order to explode?

Tough shit that's what they are.  What do you want them called..."freedom fighter bombs"?

Those are Libtard terms.  Just like replacing taxes with "revenue generation" and calling illegal imigrants "undoccumented workers".  This whole softening of the vocabulary and changing terms to mask what you're really doing is a product and tool of the left.

Why is "grow the economy" offensive?  I'm just asking, seems innocuous to me.

WillyT's apparently been navel-gazing.  It seems to me he's having some sort of glimmer that unchecked governmental power is not always sweetness and light.

I meant to quote on that in my OP.

That one actually made sense.

Lots of muzzie savages have enjoyed blowing themselves sky high.

Nevertheless, Marine Corps snipers have been more effective in outreach to muzzies than NASA.

This is good stuff... Twitter has a new hashtag trending today, #ThingsYouCanLearnFromLiberals:

Destroying eagle egg = $250,000 fine. Killing unborn child = Not only legal but taxpayers should pay for it.

Requiring ID to vote is racist, but thinking groups of people are too stupid to get an ID isn't

Which gays it's still okay to harass

When families or businesses cut budgets 10-50%, it's "belt-tightening," but gov't cutting 2% is a "crisis"

Waiting 3 months for an MRI is fine, but a 2 day waiting period for an abortion is a civil rights violation.
