Is it really necessary?
I am a left wing liberal. I consider myself a Democrat and a feminist.

After reading thru some of these threads on here right now concerning the latest rumors du jour about Palin and her marriage.......I must say that some responses shocked even me......and that's afer surviving the primaries here on a couple of Presidential Elections.....and yes, I was also disgusted and sickened during the hottest primaries and the nature of the conversation here concerning Hillary Clinton.

I realize that the internet provides a great degree of anonymity.....but the Democrats I used to know do not generally spout off misogynist and sexist remarks. Calling a woman a bitch or a slut and dancing on the supposed grave of someone's marriage does not exactly speak volumes for one's levil of maturity.

Yes, I know Palin preached/preaches family values. Yes, I know that hypocrisy runs rampant. But I ask you......can it not be done in a more civilised manner?

Flame away. Let me go hunt in my closet and drag my flame reistant suit out of mothballs.

I oouldn't agree more.

I have always felt that I had a pretty comprehensive vocabulary when it comes to profanity. I don't habitually use such language, and hold a low opinion of those who do, but I've always felt I knew the words even if I don't use them. But poor stupid Beth has me stumped on this one. the profanity c*w is outside my range. I suspect she has made another stupid typo. It's a good thing poor stupid Beth has already been validated by the DUmp as a writer and thinker.

I also find it funny that the DUmmies haven't caught on regarding this latest Palin rumor. Not one of them has tumbled to the fact this is a sinister Rovian plot to take their minds off socialized medicine.

That pretty well sums it up, wrapped in a bow.

We are at that point now where Lucy has talked Charlie Brown into believing that *this time* she won't yank the ball out, though Charlie has not yet started his run.

The *WHUMP!* will come when Palin replaces Jug Ears in the White House, or at the very least, is instrumental in his losing it to some other Republican.

Oh what fun that day will be!
