People like this are why Toyota makes Camrys and Corollas.  If I had the means to buy a new Porsche 911, I'd have one.  Hell, you can get a used one for 15-20k.

I think it is referring to pets.  I know someone who refers to hers as her fur-babies.  The difference between a Pet, and a Fur Baby is that Fur Babies wear clothing.
