Actually, I've figured out quite a few sleights of hand.
I'm no longer allowed to fidget with my pocket knife while in meetings because it makes the civilians too nervous so a year ago I started learning card flourishes.

Before meetings.
During meetings I confine myself to one-handed cuts and false shuffles.
Unless somebody says something really dumb -- then they get the riffling noise.

Once upon a time, before cell phones became "smart" I was in a meeting with a bunch of sales and tech support people. Somebody's cell phone rang, and all but one looked at their phone to see if it was theirs, :-) . I was the only one in the room who had changed from the default ring tone to something else, so I knew it wasn't mine.
