I am a white ma and I can get jobs easier than minorities. Why dispute this? Further there is discrimination I endure here in backwater fundamentalist creationist Idaho nepotism that is impossible to defeat.

You know what? If you have better skills and/or experience you are likely going to be able to the job... in lesser skilled jobs anyone willing to do the same job for a little less would benefit. Is this person saying white males are just too greedy and are losing their postions to lower paid minorities?

You know what? If that happens, thats capitalism... as long as their legal.
