Even frickin Snopes gives him a pass on his bullshit.  Just read for yourself.

I always thought they had a liberal bias, but this really proves it.
I feel that once a black fella has referred to white foks as "honky paleface devil white-trash cracker redneck Caspers," he's abdicated the right to get upset about the "N" word. But that's just me. -- Jim Goad

The article is critical of Obama; the media gives him a pass but not this author.

The DUers regard Snopes as the next thing to Fox News in the Pantheon of Evil, but I have always found them to be rather down the middle, neither particularly left nor right.
The main purpose of their item was to examine what was or wasn't factual in a widely-circulated email, and it doesn't do a bad job.  Sure, they probably could have done better than relying on a Wikipedia article for part of it, and the writer appears to not fully understand the significance of BHO's very large number of "Present" or "Abstain" votes on controversial issues like guns to issue advocates, but it seems rather middlish to me.

The best comment Blackwell made was ".....he's the next George McGovern."

If Barry "Goldwater" Obama does in fact steal the Democrat nomination away from the worthier candidate, wait until November, and see if Blackwell and franksolich aren't right.
