Brian D. Hill is in fact innocent. If he was not innocent, then the U.S. Attorney wouldn't be fighting to prevent him from getting his discovery evidence. Evidence proves that he did gave a false confession. He told the Detectives things that sound guilty on it's face but can be proven otherwise.
You see he was given a horrible public defender. That lawyer could have proven his innocence but that lawyer only wanted the guilty plea agreement. The IRS and Social Security are both accusing him of not having Autism and diabetes. Medical records for years say that he has Autism and diabetes. The jails say he has Autism and diabetes.
The entire Federal government is targeting Brian because he was framed by somebody in the State of North Carolina.

They are denying all allegations and put up four defenses to try to quash his lawsuit, asking for the Judge to rule in their favor.

A Greensboro government attorney is going to file responses in another state yet that attorney has no license to practice law in the western district of Virginia. They just out and out lied, or memory holed ever trying to convict him. Well technically Brian is a convicted offender now since he never had a good lawyer, so now they are covering up all evidence of everything, except what was originally filed on Brian's criminal case.
They even denied knowledge of his autism and diabetes in one paragraph which is a complete lie. The U.S. Attorney, by the court, and the defense attorney, both had to review over the pre-sentence report and the psychological evaluation which both contain the diagnoses.
So the U.S. Attorney office in Greensboro has openly lied and gave answers that cannot be even remotely proven truthful. They will likely get away on some answers but other answers to which they denied any knowledge of, evidence can prove otherwise with the Court transcripts and other federal court documents.

Guilty men don't get this kind of treatment. Being stonewalled, blocked, and told that if they prove innocence they will face consequences. Brian filed all of that under Oath, and lying under Oath is perjury. The only falsehood of his claims was that he had falsely plead guilty.
If the U.S. Attorney loses the case then facts may come out proving corruption and frame up evidence ion the Government's part.
Instead of calling him a damn pedophile, you need to just keep watch of this federal case, on RECAP or on PACER.
If Brian wins then he has evidence that the U.S. Attorney knowingly purged evidence of his false confession and questionable claims in the SBI report. Somebody leaked the PSI which states that none of the claimed CP files are of a known series. So if he doesn't have any known series, no names, no file names, it is all just numbers they report on but nothing that proves it.
USWGO Alternative news is not a liberal website. He was outside of the two party system. He went after corrupt state senator to which his son was the District Attorney of Rockingham County. Phil Berger's whole family are lawyers and politicians, and they are likely behind the frame up.
Brian had an anti torture petition and asked over 200 people to sign his petition which was posted to infowars.
In Aug 2012, he had released FOIA documents which prove that DHS fusion centers were conducting surveillance on Infowars and patriot groups. Days later he was raided.
He was clearly involved in political stuff. He was going to remove the state senator from office and build a criminal case against him, and that was days before being raided by Mayodan Police. Phil Berger is the town attorney and is blocking him from getting access to his own confession to try to prove that his confession is fiction because it makes claims that do not match the supposed forensic report.
Once the FOIA lawsuit goes to trial, once the U.S. Government is proven wrong, then all of you will have to admit that you are wrong for labeling him as a pedophile when police plant drugs, there are corrupt politicians and District Attorneys.
