If what Tubby Tobin says above is true that they called in the boss and HR person in from home then it was a very serious offense that required immediate termination and it was not as he indicated about not following directions.
If it were the latter HR would take the time to have his final check, exit interview and a security guard escort most likely at the beginning of his next shift. I wonder what the real story is?
That is what I was thinking. I think that he started the job, they figured out he could/would not cut the mustard, and brought in the guy that was either gonna train him to do what he needed to do or get rid of him. Tubbs pushed back and the guy called the boss and said failure. Canned his ass.
I think he left his last job one step ahead of the termination.
I had some hopes for Tubbs. Seemed to have a little ambition. Alas, he turned out to be another run of the mill lazy dummie and the end result is what we have here.
