federal law enforcement sources in El Paso revealed that U.S. Congressman Beto O’Rourke telephoned the area offices of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) and the U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) in an effort to identify—and evidently intimidate—sources that may have been used by JW to break the ISIS in Juarez story.
Hmmmmm - this is from Sept. 28th. Guess he doesn't like it when he finds out he's wrong. So is this the typical dummycrat response, to intimidate the whistleblower?
In his comments about ISIS and the border, O’Rourke said top federal law enforcement officials denied any credible intelligence of ISIS near the border. He said that communication about terrorist presence near the border is not a new idea, referencing a newspaper headline from 1981 that warned of a Libyan hit squad near the border.
“Whenever we’re scared of something in this country, we project that fear to the border,†O’Rourke said.
