I pulled my neck this morning

Even if I swollow it hurts. Anyone have any tips on how to make it go away. My son's girlfriend was over at the house Friday and she had a stiff neck so I gave her our Ben Gay and heating pad.

Gah, I really did a number on my neck. :(

By the way, those heat patches help. Like these:



I haven't tried those patches, but sometimes I'll use a heating pad on my upper back and it helps with a stiff neck.

Well I gave my son's girlfriend my heating pad. I hope she gives it back soon.

Yes I am, thanks for asking Bondai. It's still sore but a hot shower this morning really helped. :)

I usually stretch the neck muscle that's hurting while hot water pours over it, seems to work for me.
