Two juvenile brothers, aged 10 and 14, turned themselves into the Philadelphia Police Department's homicide unit on Monday for their alleged involvement in the murder of 73-year-old James Lambert, who was beat to death by a group of teens on June 24.

No formal charges have been filed against the boys yet and their identities have not been released by police.

Disturbing surveillance footage of the incident released by police shows the group pursuing the man on a street in northwest Philadelphia before striking him with traffic cones shortly before 3:00 a.m.

They should be hung on the spot where they did the murder. it will send a message to the rest of the animals.

The time to stop overlooking crimes done by blacks regardless of their age, the gangs of looters should be met with 00 buck and other violent thugs need to be put down.

IIRC, Philly is one of the cities blessed to have an uber-Prog DA who is refusing to do his job, and Philly is already POed with him. At the same time, many/most US states' juvenile justice systems are so starry-eyed unrealistic that consequences proportional to a brutal murder are almost impossible when the murderer are as these boys, ages 14 and 10.

These two factors could intersect to get the DA recalled, if that's possible in PA, or get him tossed when he faces an election.

Speaking of possibly being recalled, it's looking likely that Los Angeles County DA Gascon will face recall in November.

IIRC, there was a recall petition drive in 2021 that came up short. The recall petition for which 700K+ signatures were submitted a day or two ago was begun in January 2022. LA County now has to go through the signatures to exclude people who don't live in LA County, duplicates, and smart-asses who signed "Mickey Mouse" and "G. F. Yourself" and then see if enough valid signatures were collected for Gascon to be recalled.
