In a Thursday letter to COVID-19 Response Coordinator Jeffrey Zients, Sens. Jacky Rosen (D-Nev.), Mark Kelly (D-Ariz.), Joe Manchin (D-WV), Jon Ossoff (D-Ga.) and Kyrsten Sinema (D-Ariz.) asked point-blank “why the Administration failed to take more significant steps earlier to increase access to at-home tests.”
“Across America, there are lines for city blocks long to get COVID testing, signs in pharmacies saying they are out of rapid tests, hospitals operating under crisis standards of care, health care staff and first responders falling ill, and millions of people who are exhausted from the toll this pandemic has had,” the lawmakers wrote.

LIEden negligence with Trump's careful detailed prep for vaccine distribution. Nice to see some Congressional Dems catching up to this grossly obvious

“While we fully recognize the productive steps this Administration has taken to encourage vaccination, ensure ready access to vaccines, and increase options to treat the virus, far too many measures – such as increasing access to home-based testing – have been reactive, rather than proactive,” they added.

LIEden had zero to do with vaccine development and testing.
LIEden undermined vaccine acceptance during the 2020 campaign by questioning vaccine safety.
LIEden lied about vaccine distribution under Trump.
LIEden lied by claiming Trump had no distribution plan.
LIEden undermined vaccine acceptance by the FDA's stupid week-long pause in distributing the J&J vaccine.
LIEden undermined vaccine acceptance through his threats and attempt of an illegal vax mandate.
Further,
LIEden did nothing to encourage development and testing of Covid treatments, other than not hindering a couple of FDA authorizations of a couple of treatments. On the other hand,
LIEden failed to order treatments when the upcoming need was obvious, leading to rationing of what was on hand;
LIEden's rationing of that stock was based on states' populations, not based on actual need (screwing over, e.g., Florida, which at the time had the greater need). Then, in October,
LIEden's Kovid Krew paused distribution of two monoclonal antibody treatments, based on statistical data that was later proven bogus. That
LIEden Kovid Krew cock-up probably cost scores or hundreds of lives.
LIEden and his inept Kovid Krew have, in the past year or so, cost hundreds or thousands of American live through their gross ineptitude and incompetence. But I guess his Dem lotus-eaters have to play nice-nice.
